I received this book as part of a free giveway. After reading it, I then purchased all the rest of this author's books listed on Amazon. I read all differnt kinds of books-fantasy, mystery, romance, erotica, etc. This book, as well as others in this series fell into several of those catagories. While the romance was very light in the physical sense, the emotions were well written and powerful. The mystery/paranormal aspect kept me interested and entertained. I loved the strong female characters--especially one quirky fairy stepmother who appears later in the series and brought some great humorous moments to the storylines. It's always fun to see characters show up in subsequent books to see how their lives interract and progress. While there were a few editing issues ("stocked" instead of "stalked", etc), they weren't enough to distract from the stories. Overall, the books were very good length for the price and were very enjoyable reads. I'll be looking foward to the book from this author.Product details
